Can AI form intent?

Data deletion

1) Most of us did not aware that sometime even after we deleted a digital file, the data of that particular data is still recoverable. (Even though you have emptied the recycle bin).

2) Most of us did not know that even when we format a hard disk drive, all data inside the drive could be revived back. (Even though you reformat it 7 times or more).

3) Do you know, the more partition you have in your storage drive, the less chances you can recover you deleted data?
